Chromabeam captures and stores user's saved game state in a private datastore owned by Tiny Static LLC.
This game state includes the user's Apple iCloud account ID for unique identification purposes. This
ID may be used in two ways:
-
Restoring the user's game state the first time they start Chromabeam on a device different from
the original device on which Chromabeam was first used.
-
Customer support for rare cases where the user's purchase did not register in the app and needs
to be updated in the remote datastore and loaded back into the user's running instance of Chromabeam.
This support must be performed manually between the user and a Tiny Static customer support
representative.
At no time is the user's Apple iCloud account ID disclosed outside of Tiny Static LLC nor is it
shared with any third party. Also, no personally identifiable information
(e.g. user's name, email address, etc.) is ever captured by Chromabeam.
